Affiliate Button Codes Drop Down Menu Not Populated

Hey all One of my affiliates is not able to access any button codes from their drop down menu because it is not populated with my products. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I'm wondering if there is something I need to do on my end to prevent this. If not, what do they do to populate their menu?
