I'm trying to set up an affiliate account with ShareASale. I do not know how to integrate it with my E-junkie/Google Checkout shopping cart. Can you please help? It seems like I just need to paste some code but I do not know where.

Please see "customization" section in our help page < http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/help.customization.php >. You need to paste the ShareASale tracking code in your product's thank you page HTML field while adding or editing the product.
You will need to use template variables to replace some values in ShareASale code -
[%sale_price%] for SubTotal
[%txn_id%] for OrderNumber
