What am I missing? I have listed my two products in the marketplace, enabled affiliate program, but when someone clicks to sign up for my affiliate program....my products do not appear in their drop-down merchant box? I have tried myself (sign up for my own program both with my sellers account and a separate e-junkie account...no luck, my programs do not show up)

What am I doing wrong? I have followed the step-by-step instructions...could I be missing something?

Clarification.......my programs do not appear in the "Select Merchant" drop-down box when someone elects to become an affiliate for my products

I just tested your sign-up link and was able to join your program without any trouble. However, when I picked you from the Select Merchant menu in my Affiliate Admin and clicked Get Affiliate Code, I could only obtain a Common Hop Link for your program, since your account currently has no products and thus no product-specific affiliate links set up.

Note that if you ever deleted yourself or other affiliates from your affiliate program, those accounts are effectively banned from re-joining your program. That could explain why those users may not be finding you in their Affiliate Admin's Select Merchant menu after they click your sign-up link.

You can un-ban and reinstate those affiliates by going to your Seller Admin > View/Edit Affiliates, then enter their Affiliate ID number in the space provided. Since you're unable to join your own program, start by reinstating your own ID (46036) and then proceed with other affiliate IDs who want to rejoin (they can find their ID clearly displayed in their Affiliate Admin).

I'm having the same problem. I set up a product-specific affiliate, but when I try to sign up as an affiliate, there's no merchant listed. I haven't banned anyone from this account. I have an affiliate who tried to sign up and couldn't figure it out either. He isn't listed as an affiliate, but when I tried to sign up for him I got a message that his email existed.

Just to clarify, affiliates just register for a general E-junkie account, which they can then use to join and participate in one or more affiliate programs, so if an affiliate already has an E-junkie account registered in our system, there's no need for them to register again.

After clicking your sign-up link, the new affiliate is taken to our login/registration screen, where they can simply log into their existing E-junkie account (if they already have one) or register for a new E-junkie account (if they don't have one yet). The account they log into or register should then be automatically joined to your affiliate program; however, sometimes this auto-joining may not work properly for various reasons -- see this help page for details and solutions:
