Adobe reader download issue

Hello,



I have a buyer who cannot open my PDF. She's using Adobe Reader on a Dell laptop, which seems like it should be pretty straightforward. However, when she tries to download, she gets the following message: "Adobe Reader could not open 'myproduct.zip' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged."



I did a trial download and it opened fine for me, but I'm working on a Mac with Preview.



I've been selling this product for almost three years, and have never had this issue before. I did ask her to make sure she's using the most recent version of Adobe Reader.



Any suggestions?

PDF readers like Adobe Reader cannot open .zip files directly. The buyer would need to first unzip (i.e., decompress or extract) the .zip file she downloaded, and then she should be able to open any resulting .pdf file(s) that were contained in that zip archive.
