Hello,
I have a buyer who cannot open my PDF. She's using Adobe Reader on a Dell laptop, which seems like it should be pretty straightforward. However, when she tries to download, she gets the following message: "Adobe Reader could not open 'myproduct.zip' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged."
I did a trial download and it opened fine for me, but I'm working on a Mac with Preview.
I've been selling this product for almost three years, and have never had this issue before. I did ask her to make sure she's using the most recent version of Adobe Reader.
Any suggestions?
