Adding to blocklist using a wildcard

I've been hit several times this week by a fraudster using a different email address, but all under the same domain name. Is it possible to add an entire domain to the block list (ie *@e-junkie.com)?



Additionally, all the transactions were instantly flagged by PayPal due to a proxy (checked by Maxmind), but it was too late in each case as the code had already been sent out and redeemed.



I would once again like to request a variable time delay option (ie 60 seconds) to delay the product from being sent.

The block list doesn't support wildcards, but that is something we can add to the wishlist along with your delay option.



Regarding PayPal though, do they have any kind of setting that holds up the transactions that they are flagging? We're only going to fill the order if PayPal reports it to us as complete, so if this is activity that PayPal can spot then it should also be possible for them to delay the reporting to us, or at least require manual review on those transactions.

Could you be kind enough to explain to me why you want to block people having Mailinator email adresses? I can't think of a scenario where using Mailinator allows people scamming the seller.

I ask the question because I personally bought a game using a Mailinator adress, and my transaction got refused because of it. I am now waiting for the refund :(

We don't make any recommendations on who should be blocked, that's up to each individual merchant. You'd have to ask them why they made that decision.

BTW, since this resurrected an old thread, we should note here that we DO now support wildcard matching to Block Buyers, using ? (matches any single character) or * (matches any string of characters) -- e.g., entering *@example.com would block all buyers with an email address @example.com.
