Do I have to upload my products to your website or can I just use the code I have and change it slightly for each different item? As it is, I can paste the code I already have for one item and rename it and add/remove tax, shipping, etc for each item.

With E-junkie Cart, there is no button code to configure. All your product settings and all the tax/shipping/etc. settings for your account are configured and saved in your own, easy point'n'click Seller Admin panel.

The button code we issue for your products just contains a reference to your account ID and each product's own item ID, so our cart can look up their settings from Seller Admin in our database. The button codes all follow a common format, where only the item ID varies from one product's button code to the next, so with some custom scripting at your end, your site could generate button codes with the proper item ID for each product.

We can also import products from a CSV template file where you would provide your own item ID number for each product; email Support to obtain that file:

Well when I was experimenting with the software today, I made a button from the sample code and actually processed a transaction. I wonder if this all I need to do or is there a per transaction fee collected by you, as well? Also, I have over 400 items - I believe - will I be able to use the software for the $19 price? Is there phone support or a sales line I can actually call?

E-junkie does not have a per transaction fee.

The $19 per month plan would allow up to 350 products. Not that the $19 plan is a tangible goods only plan. This would not work if you plan to have any digital products. Digital products, include not only downloads, but also stored codes, generated codes and redirected thank you pages.
