Ok, basically what I'm needing to do is add a form ( very simple 5 lines ) that a customer could fill out when ordering.



I am selling dog tags and need a way for someone to enter what they would like on each line, 5 total, and submit(add to cart).



Is there a simple way to do this? Or is it even possible with Ejunkie?

Our system can handle up to 3 lines of text-entry data using our Variations setting:

If you need more lines, some custom scripting in your page could combine extra field values into the max. 3 fields that can be passed into the cart:
