I just submitted an email to e-junkie support, but thought I would try here as well.

I have had two customers report adding products only to find an empty cart. One of the customers said they were using Firefox.
I have not had any issues reported before this in the years I've used e-junkie, but just in the last week - two people reported the same issue.
I have read this post: http://www.e-junkie.com/ej/trouble.cart-items-not-retained.htm, but nothing in it seems to be relevent to my situation. 1) They weren't in a testing environment, 2) I've checked and all currencies are US, 3) I'm not using a subdomain, and 4) I'm not using a frameset.
