Please go to edit listing and at the end, there is a button which says "upload images". Please click on that (it will open a pop-up) and you can upload the images.

I'm still having trouble finding the upload photo button!!! Can anyone help? Thanks!!!

OK got it!!!

I also have a marketplace photo problem.

I am trying to put new images with product listings. Now I have images in my storefront listing that don't match the images with two different products.

Perhaps I misunderstood, but I thought that uploading a new product image automatically overwrote the old one.

Is there any way for me to fix my problem short of removing the storefront entirely and starting over?

Any new images you upload go into place immediately, but you are probably seeing the previous images that are still in your browser's cache.

CTRL+F5 (or CMD+SHIFT+R on a Mac) is the command for most browsers to reload the page without using cached images, that should do the trick. Otherwise be sure to clear out your browser history and cache before reloading the page.

Thanks. The problem was not the cache. I'd cleared that. I didn't have any images of the size required for thumbnails, so I'd just uploaded content photos. When I checked page source, I found that if I hadn't uploaded a thumbnail, the image I uploaded to overwrite the previous content photo was saved as a thumbnail.

I have the image issue figured out now--except that I don't understand why an image larger than the stated dimensions can be uploaded as a thumbnail.

I think the uploader can only check the filesize, not the actual image dimensions, so the dimensional limits are just telling you what proportions would be used to display the uploaded image, ideally so you can pre-size your images to exactly match those dimensions.
