Add Clickable Review URL to Product Thank You Email

Hi there. I added a link to my reviews page in the Product Thank You Email.

Viewing the email on mobile, the review page URL is clickable, but when I view the email on desktop, the URL is not clickable. Is there a way to make the URL clickable when the email is viewed on desktop? This is what I have in the Thank You Email field:

Thank you for your purchase! Your Invoice ID is [%invoice%]. Order total is [%gross%].

Including a raw link URL in the email depends on the recipient's email app to recognize it as a link and make it clickable, which not all email apps may do. You can use HTML to explicitly make it a clickable link -- e.g., like so:
