We finally got to the part that let us put the Credit Card number in there and we paid for a month I guess, or set it up on a monthly charge of $5.00 a month. Do your records show that ?
You can check the account status in Admin > View Summary
If you providing a direct link then you don't need to check download but at least enter that message in the "email message" field and not just in the "thank you" page message field as otherwise buyers won't get an email after purchase.
