How secure is my product with you? Is there any way that people can access my contact, without paying for it?

I saw that you offer direct download to a product. In my case I'm selling an ebook. Can someone who has not purchased that product from me also access the product? That's what I was wondering. Basically looking for security and making sure those who didn't pay don't get it.
