You can just ignore it; joining an affiliate program does not oblige you to participate in it.



Feel free to contact the merchant who operates that program and request to be removed from their program, but bear in mind this will ban you from rejoining their program later. You can use the Contact Merchant feature of your Affiliate Admin to send them a message.
