About the Marketplace

Hello



I just signed up to Ejunkie using a coupon code that gives me 3 months free trial.

What I like to know are: as this is a free trial will my products be listed in the Marketplace or

just when I upgrade my account to paid they will be in the marketplace.

You can list products in your own E-junkie Shop without a paying subscription, but a subscription is required to have products from your Shop also show up in the general Marketplace where Google can find them. Most of our sellers just sell from their own Web sites without having an E-junkie Shop nor using Marketplace at all, so in that case Google would find the product listings on the seller's own site.

But to have affiliate promote my products they must be in the marketplace?

You don't need to have Marketplace listings to use our affiliate system. Most sellers simply post their affiliate sign-up link to their own Web site, so affiliates would discover and join their program from there, and you can point your affiliate hop links to a landing page URL on your own site as well. You would only need Marketplace listings if you want to be found by existing affiliates in our system who have already joined other merchants' programs and may search our Marketplace for other affiliate programs to join, such as yours.
