Ability to see sales charts and graphs?

Hey! I would like to request a feature for e-Junkie. Sometimes I want to take a look at my sales to see how it has progressed over time, but there's no easy way to do that currently. I'm a visual person, and would like to see graphs or charts that display my sales over time.



I feel like that would help to get a detailed look on how my store is doing. Does that make sense?

That is something we can add to our wishlist for future consideration. In the meantime it is possible to download your order data for use in a spreadsheet program such as Excel, and many of those programs can also make automatic graphs and charts from that data.

Is this not something that is going to be incorporated into the update you're doing to the backend to allow us to login on mobile devices? If not it seems e-junkie is going to rapidly get left behind - both Gumroad and SendOwl have this feature and it's something that I find very helpful.

The update we've been working on is a new HTML-based Admin frontend, which will work with our existing backend as a drop-in replacement for our current Flash-based Admin. Once that goes live, we'll be able to start modifying the front and back ends in tandem as needed to add new features and functionality, so that's when we'll be able to start considering suggestions on the wishlist.

Having the ability to see Ejunkie sales in graph form would be immensely helpful!

Are there specific instructions to do this? I just tried uploading ejunkie sales data into Excel and it's now stuck in a spinning wheel of death. Info overload??

If your Excel is choking on that, it may be helpful to view and then download your transaction data in more manageable chunks -- e.g., covering a single year in each downloaded file. Using Excel to generate graphs/charts from that data would be a matter of Excel expertise that we can't advise about, but Google may help you find tips for that.
