If you find you are running into the limit frequently, you can upgrade to a larger plan level that allows more Free Checkouts per day. Your plan upgrade would take effect almost immediately, then you can downgrade later if you wish (e.g. if you were running a limited-time promotion); see the pricing chart here for Free Checkout limits allowed for each plan level:

We limit daily usage of our Free Checkout feature to minimize potential losses in case of inadvertent misconfiguration by a seller allowing unintended giveaways, and we require subscribing to a larger plan level to accept more Free Checkouts per day, in order to cover our greater overhead costs for higher-demand usage of that feature as a promotional device, and to discourage abuse of that feature unnecessarily for non-promotional free-download needs that would be more suitably and simply met with a direct download link from the seller's own Web site or using a dedicated file-hosting service such as Filevo, MediaFire, RapidShare, etc.
