I received an email from a customer who just purchased because he hadn't received any download link.
I logged into e-junkie and the transaction was not in the transactions list, even though the payment had gone through since I received a payment notification from paypal, but not from e-junkie. This is a product I've had for a long time and it has always worked previously.
I emailed support and generated a free download link for the customer and chose to have a copy of the free download link emailed to myself also. That email did not arrive to me, so I manually copied the link and emailed it myself to the customer.
I thought I'd post this here in case anyone else is having similar issues at the moment.
