I noticed some eBooks have cover images, some don't. I can only assume the space for image/flash can't handle most cover dimensions. Perhaps I'm missing something.
If you can shed light on the subject, I will truly appreciate it.

If you're referring to product listings in the new E-junkie Marketplace/Shops, we are now also using the main product image as a thumbnail in product lists. Any 75x75px thumbnails previously uploaded for the old Marketplace/Shops just looked really bad in the new layout, so now we're only using those thumbnails in our new shopping cart, currently completing beta testing as announced here:
