Good day. I sell digital comics on my shop. Basically they're pdfs that i stamp as ebooks.

Today somebody bought one of them but apparently didn't recieve their download link. Quickly after that, I recieve this email:

This makes me believe that it has something to do with the pdf stamping script? I got no clue tho. I'm not very savvy at these things. The file is just a .pdf file (not in a zip file) of 22mb or so. It is also a pay-what-you-want item. The transaction ID is jg-or82xo1b3eb5139

I tried downloading the product myself, and I do get redirected to the download page and get my download link via email, but i keep recieving the "server not notified of item_name" email. The PDF also is not being stamped.

Could anybody help me out?

That would have been due to an issue we have now resolved, which we posted about here:
https://www.e-junkie.com/forum/t/server-not-notified-errors/10839

This issue should not have caused any failures to issue download links, but if you have any buyers reporting they did not receive a download link, you can use "Send Free Download Link" in your E-junkie Seller Admin to issue them a replacement link.

Thanks for the quick response! I'm glad it was fixed this fast.

That's exactly what I did. products still get stamped even if they're "free", right?

Thank you so much.

Correct, "Send free download link" in Seller Admin and orders placed through our Free Checkout will both issue links for a Stamped PDF download. However, note that free links issued in bulk via our Updates & Newsletters service cannot issue Stamped files at present.
