Hm, there seems to be a problem with USPS rate lookups at the moment; sometimes I can get a USPS rate after a very long wait, other times it gives up and just displays the "Unable to calculate shipping" error you mentioned, looks like only US destinations are affected. This is probably a temporary glitch at USPS's end, but I'm bringing it up with Development just in case.
