Thumbnail of product not showing on the Thank You Page after checkout

After checking out, I'm redirected to the common thank you page, the thumbnail image of my product is not showing, it only shows a default image with the words 50x50 how can this be resolved?

Thanks for bringing that to our attention; I'll refer that to Development for correction, as I see you do have product images uploaded for your item, so the first image should be used as the thumbnail.

Your thank-you page thumbnails should now be fixed.

You can override the background color of that green bar by adding the following code in Seller Admin under Manage Seller Account > Edit Preferences > Common Thank-you Page HTML:

.green_bar {background-color:blue;}
</style>

This site is a good, easy reference for other color names you can use, or for finer control you can use any hex color code like #3399CC instead of a color name.

One other question, I couldn't find this in the forum, I understand about the HTTP POST script to fulfillment, but is there a way to add multiple emails to who receives the e-junkie receipt, outlining that an order has been placed?

Thank you for fixing the image issue in the common thank you page, but I also noticed that it DOES NOT resolve in mobile, thoughts?

Hi!

I think I just responded to your email on this subject, I should have checked here sooner!

You can send multiple emails by entering a special address as a notification URL for your account. This posts to a script on our site that triggers the extra emails to the addresses you specify and is covered under the "multiple emails" section here:

Using E-junkie's built-in integration methods (Aweber, PDF Stamping, sending...

• If you want the extra notification to be sent for every order, go to the Seller Admin > Manage Seller Account > Edit Preferences > Common Notification URL field;

• If you only want the extra notification sent for certain products, or want extra notifications sent to different emails according to the item(s) ordered, then while adding/editing each relevant product, check Custom/Third-Party Integration to reveal the Product Notification URL field.

Copy the following address in as the desired Notification URL, replacing the example email addresses with the ones you want to receive sales notifications: https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/o_plug.php?&m_emails=first@email.address,second@email.address,third@email.address,fourth@email.address,fifth@email.address

This will email the raw order data to those addresses for each order that comes in. Because this is often used for fulfillment purposes we don't format that data like we do with the sales notice that goes to your login email.

As for the thumbnail on mobile screens, that may be intentionally excluded to save space but I'll ask our devs if that is the case.

Great, thanks! The one item that I find odd and can't seem to find a solution for is editing the vanity from name? During testing, I had the fulfillment house and the person in our office both delete the order email because the from name said "e-junkie" instead of our company name? They thought it was spam. Is there no way to add a parameter in the URL to display our company name? Why wouldn't it pull from our profile settings?

Unfortunately we have to list that the email is coming from us to comply with anti-phishing guidelines from the major email services, otherwise they would not deliver the messages at all.
