I've had four customers today who tell me they've not received their download links and that they're not in the spam/junk folder even after I reactivate their links. Two were Gmail accounts and two were apple accounts (me.com and mac.com).
That's a lot of failed links for one day. I think there must be a problem somewhere too. That's way more failures in people not even receiving their links than normally happens in one day.
Other customers have received and downloaded their products just fine. I also see some other Gmail links that have no download info, so I can't help wondering if some domains are blocking the e-junkie download links???
