Is it possible to add custom fields to the order form? I need to add team name and age group. I need, basically a "registration page" and then a "buy now" button that will go to authorize.net gateway. Would your cart have these capabilities?

Yes, very much so. Please see "variants" section in our help page. Non price affecting variants will let you add up to 3 test fields or dropdowns.
