I just made a sale. the paypal payment is ok and I got an email from paypal, but the sale is not in my E-junkie log and I didnt get a notification from EJ.



First time this has happend.

Yes all our transactions are not logging, not even in the Transaction logs!



Can you comment what happened e-junkie!

There was a big problem with PayPal earlier this morning, it's not confined to e-junkie - ebay checkout wasn't working and PayPal accounts weren't showing payments even though the payment emails were appearing.

I assume we just have to wait for PayPal to sort itself out properly, I'm having to send out files manually at the moment until they figure it all out.

Such a pain!

I am having the same problem.

Same problem here. Is anyone at e-junkie aware of this? Should we generate manual download links in the mean time?

Apparently this is what's happening (taken from another website having the same problem) :



Paypal has some API issues at this time and the hand shake that happens between paypal and express check out is not working. Payments show up at paypal but no invoice is generated to the store.



I have been assured from tech support that all transactions will show up once the issue is fixed.



I'm sending files/links manually to try and keep down the numbers of angry customers complaining 'your system isn't working...'

Same issue here...love waking up to tons of emails saying "where is what I ordered?!"

I've started refunds for customers, transactions are getting bigger and bigger and no replies from e-junkie by phone, Twitter or this forum.

Sorry to be dull-witted about this, but why are you refunding payments? Can you not manually email the customers their downloads? Can you please explain so we know how this is impacting our business/customers??

Ed, we are processing some manual transactions and refunding earlier ones, we were not glued to the PC looking for failed transactions, customers that waited for more than 2 hours will be refunded, we promise automatic downloads and they are not happening, unhappy customers are getting refunded.



We are losing money, I hope this issue gets resolved ASAP.

Can someone from e-junkie give me an answer please on this.



- Is this a PayPal IPN issue or e-junkie?

- Hopefully when everything will be ok, will the system send the codes automatically?



I am asking because I cannot give codes manually, if so customer will receive double codes!
