I officially stopped my subscription via your "cancel" subscription button a short time ago. Today I was notified that my "grace period" was over. I didn't know that I had a grace period. Regardless I was very satisfied with your company and only canceled my subscription because my partner picked up a new subscription with your comapny under a different name.

we only offer a grace period so if a buyer has accidentally canceled the subscription or had forgot to renew the subscription, their service won't be interrupted.
