IPN Delays 10 NOV 2017

It looks like the topic "IPN delays today?" is from October. I'm starting a new thread on 10 Nov 2017 since the problem appears to once again be happening. I have two customers with orders today (10 Nov 2017) processed by PayPal but who have not received download links from e-junkie. The first was processed by PP at 7:45 a.m. MST and the second at 10:14 a.m. MST, which means it appears to have been happening for just under 3 hours.

Other reports of this?

We're looking into this issue now due to multiple reports of delays, looks like IPNs are taking over an hour or more to be reported back to us -- which would be a problem on PayPal's side -- but we're looking over our end right now to be safe.

It does appear to be issue with PayPal.

PayPal IPNs say "Queued", rather than "Sent" as it was back in October thread.

PayPal also just updated their status page about Service Disruption for Notifications. https://www.paypal-status.com/history/eventdetails/8150

"Initial Notification: We are experiencing a system issue which is affecting Notifications on the Production environment. PayPal Merchants may be experiencing delays receiving Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Our technical teams have been engaged and are actively troubleshooting the issue.

PayPal is no longer reporting any trouble with IPN delays so everything should be back to normal now.
