@anton - our mailserver logs confirm we've been sending messages to your E-junkie Login Email during that timespan.
Unfortunately, once the receiving mailserver accepts a message from us, ultimate delivery to the recipient's actual inbox is beyond our control or oversight, so if there were some glitch at that end, we'd have no way of knowing or doing anything about it. We do everything possible to ensure delivery, but that "last mile" is out of our hands. Most cases of apparent nondelivery are either a matter of Spam filtering or delayed delivery due to a backlog at the receiving mailserver's end.
Operations did find some mailserver log anomalies for transactions around 3-4:30pm MST (PDT/GMT-7) on the 25th, so they're looking into that more closely. If anyone had cases of apparent non-delivery outside of that timespan, feel free to email us your affected Transaction IDs to research:
