I'm getting an error after the purchase - Please help

I'm selling directly using Paypal for years and I want to migrate to E-junkie.

I've created my product and set the price at $0.01 for testing purposes, but I'm getting problems, after the purchase I get this error.

"The payment processor has not yet informed us about your payment. Your order will be processed as soon as they inform us about the payment."

As I was using IPN previously I followed your instruction and set:
Auto return: OFF
Block Non-encrypted Website Payment: OFF
PayPal Account Optional: ON

My Paypal account is Business.

But it still with no luck. As buyer I'm not getting the email and the transaction is not showed in the log inside e-junkie.

Please help.

That sounds like we may not be receiving IPN from PayPal confirming completed payment, in which case our system has no way of knowing the order was even placed and thus cannot process the sale for you. Please follow the troubleshooting steps on this help page to sort out the reason for that problem:

It was the IPN that was disabled for an outdated URL.
