How can I stop the monthly payment to Sine Info Ventures? I called Pay Pal and they gave me your phone number which turned out to be your emergency line.
I've been billed on 1/2/18 and 2/2/18 $30.00 each for a total of $60.00.
I didn't know it was you billing me. I thought it was Pay Pal and asked to have the account closed on December 27th. However, I had an agent at Pay Pal who didn't know what they were doing and didn't close the account. I can't close it without resolving this issue.
Please advise.
