Google Analytics to track page views

I want google analytics to help me track how many people viewed my items. Is that enough to paste their "tracking code" to Edit Preferences---> Thank-You page Customization? Like this: https://i.gyazo.com/3855423ff7efd24ea7c0abd903efd355.png

I've not received any data yet since an hour ago. I'm worrying that I did something wrong. Please help me.
