In traditional computers, the ejunkie source code works in a lightbox style, which gives the end user experience an added dimension so that they feel they are never leaving the site.
With the mobile platforms, the lightbox style behavior does not exist. Instead an entirely new browser window opens, and in essence, gives the perception that the person is leaving the site because there is no "return to XYZ" link in the new window.
So, the admin panel AND the user experience are affected by the reliance on Flash-based technologies.
The issue of downloads really doesn't matter as much because if it's not compatible, a download link is always sent to email so it can be downloaded later...but the point of purchase is the most crucial from a sellers perspective, which is lacking to say the least
