Feature of old web interface is now complicated to reach

A feature that I miss in the new interface is the "number of download attempts".
In the old interface these were shown immediately on the first list, all visible right there. Now it is necessary to click through to each individual sale to see the attempts.

Why should I want these?
The buyers of an ebook are mostly in the age bracket of forty up, to perhaps seventies. Many are not very Internet or even computer savvy.

Every few sales I check the download attempts to make sure they got it. Mostly, when one or two attempts are shown it is okay, but with three attempts they often did not download it, and some never complain, possibly thinking the ebook arrives by itself.
They missed the download limit or the email providing the download link.
As a service I contact them to make sure...

Would be nice if it would be possible to see the download attempts of all purchases right away in the listed sales, for all items, as it was in the old website.

Thanks for your feedback. Fortunately, you can click a single Expand All Items button to show all the item details (including download info) for every transaction on the screen at once. You'll find that button next to the COMMON TRANSACTION DATA header, just above where the actual data is displayed.

Thanks I got it now. I was using the "Recent Transactions" list on the first page, and there it does only work for single items.
Because this list is too obvious, I somehow missed the link above.
