E-book compilers are generally platform-specific, so if you use one made for Windows, you won't be able to sell to Mac users, and vice-versa. We're only aware of one compiler, eBook Maestro, that works with us using our Send Stored Codes feature, though there may be other compilers that can work with us that we've never heard of.
That said, we'd recommend just using our built-in PDF Stamping feature to deter file sharing by stamping the buyer's name, email address and unique Transaction ID in the top-left corner of every page of the PDF they download from you. This would be the easiest for you and your buyers, as they can simply open their Stamped ebook in any free PDF reader app available on any platform including Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone/iPad, and most e-reader devices.
