I love the functionality, thus far (having just joined) And this has got to be one of the fastest web apps evar. The UI is really responsive and crisp and I love that, but the information architecture is harshing my buzz, man. There's some brutal usability issues with this. It's definitely going to take a little getting used to, that's for sure.
