What kind of download speeds can my customers expect on large files like these?

My products are quite large (between 150mb and about 400mb each).

Download "speed" is not related to file size. We provide download speed anywhere between 200Kbps to 900Kbps. Rest will depend on buyer's internet connection.

This thread gives download speed of 200-900 Kbbs (bits per sec) but another, later thread, suggests that this may be 200-900 KBps (Bytes per sec). Which is the minimum server speed?

We now use Amazon S3 for our downloads. However, each buyer will have a different download speed based on their system and the ISP they are with. Extremely large files can take a long time to download, even with a high speed connection. You can calculate download time using this site:
