Can't Upgrade Subscription

I'm trying to upgrade to 120 product level, but keep getting this message from PayPal: "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.".

I've tried two different computers and the phone and get the same message. Is there a way to upgrade my subscription another way? Can it be managed from the current subscription in PayPal?

Due to changes at PayPal's end, the only way to upgrade is to cancel the current subscription for your account and then restart payments via the Start/Update Paid Subscription link in your E-junkie Dashboard. This won't interrupt your service or disturb your account/product settings at all; it's just a change to your payment plan.
