Hi - i need an option to book appointments online and have clients pay for a workshop.

I love that clients can register for group workshops - that's easy. But need a great solution for 1-1 lesson appointments for a solo act like myself. Need to be able to block days, take payments AND have "free" appointments for folks who have received a gift certificate.

For the personal lesson appointments, you might consider setting up a product using Variants for the date selection along with Inventory Control, so you could define the "stock" for each date as how many appointments you have available, which would cut off further appointment sales for a given date when that many have been sold:

E.g., your Variants configuration would look something like this:



Feb.1,99.00,,2,February 1,,
