Google Checkout orders not being processed.
Make sure you have followed the Google
Checkout Integration Instructions.
Also note, if Google suspects something fishy in a transaction,
the order is stuck in "reviewing" status. As soon
as it comes out of it, E-junkie will charge and process the
order.
Another thing to ensure is that the Google Checkout order
you received is generated from E-junkie buttons and not from
any other purchase buttons you've got.

I can't see my order in my Google Checkout account.
If it's an all digital goods order, you will see it under
"archived" in your Google Checkout account.
