How to reactivate expired download links?
When a download link is used after
it's expired, the buyer will get an error along with your contact
email and the unique transaction ID. When your buyer contacts
you with this transaction ID, you can go to "Admin
> Reactivate expired download links" to reactivate
the download link.
Transaction IDs for free links and updates can't be reactivated. |

How can I sell my product such that the
buyer can enter their own price (like for donations)?
Please set the product price to 0.00 to enable buyers to

How can I serve files from my own site without
having to upload them from E-junkie admin?
If you want to host your own files and not upload it in
E-junkie admin, click on "more options" while adding
a product. You will see a "Remote URL field" where
you can specify the URL of your file. Your file's source location
will NOT be visible to buyer. However, hosting your own file
will decrease the download speed. If you have already uploaded
a file for this product, you can overwrite it with any small
file to recover the space.
Please note, this feature is only available to accounts paying
$18 (or higher) per month. |
