PayPal is facing IPN issues so order processing will be delayed for PayPal orders

Please note, the above issue is not affecting the sales, just the notifications. So, buyer will still be able to complete the purchase, but since PayPal is not sending the IPN, we won't be able to process the sale. Once PayPal fixes the issues, IPNs will be sent and sales will be processed automatically. In rare circumstances, it is possible that PayPal does not send the IPN altogether for the sales which happen during the IPN outage :frowning:

This issue should be resolved by now, and PayPal should be caught up with their backlog of delayed IPNs, but there may be an outside chance PayPal never sent some IPNs or never resent some IPNs if they got an error on the first try.



If you still have payments in your PayPal history that are not showing up in your E-junkie Seller Admin > View/Download Transaction Log, you can go into your PayPal Account > History > IPN History, where you should be able to resend IPN for any transactions missing from the logs at our end.
