We fixed a momentary glitch with our mailserver around midday that had some of our emails backed up for a brief period; all delayed messages should have been sent out by now, but if your messages somehow still went missing, you can do the following:
Existing Merchants can simply use their Seller Admin > "Reactivate expired links/resend thank-you email" to resend purchased download links if buyers still have not received theirs already, or use "Send free thank-you email/download link" to issue a replacement link.
New members can have another Activation email sent by providing your email address in the "Forgot Password or Activation Code" section of our login page:
